Message	It seems we are at a point where we just have to agree to disagree. There are probably improvements that can be made to policies and procedures, but I firmly believe that there is no intentional 'bias' going on by our moderation staff. Other people will believe what they will believe and that's just life. I thank you for acknowledging that your response was the wrong call. It would have been nice to have had the chance to work through the issues before the hands were forced. In any case, it is what it is and I wish you success with the business. I do hope you will not write off all negative posts as just 'bashers' because, although I've never gotten involved in the middle of it, it's hard to believe there's not at least some fire that produced the smoke.
